Glassman格拉斯曼机床（北京）有限公司和中山市Glasfull格拉斯富机械设备有限公司，销售到阿富汗国内第一个现代化钢化厂项目的全套设备，于2015年8月底完成全部设备的安装、调试、培训和验收工作。美国政府援建的该项目设计年产50万平方建筑用钢化玻璃，厂房占地面积约3000平方。整体工厂的规划设计和全部设备均由Glassman格拉斯曼机床（北京）有限公司和中山市Glasfull格拉斯富机械设备有限公司负责提供，客户的满意是我们最大的收获！

 

该项目全部是格拉斯曼Glassman和格拉斯富Glasfull最新研发的专利产品及全系列配套设备：

 

1.GM-QGX4028 Cutting-Line玻璃切割生产线：由GM-SP4028-S1 Glass Automatic Loading Machine玻璃自动上片机；GM-QG4028 Glass Cutting Machine切割主机 & GM-BP4028 Glass Breaking Table 分片台； 共三部分组成。切割优化软件由意大利Optima提供，切割速度180m/min;切割精度≤±0.15mm；

 

 

2. GM-SDLX2525 Glass Double Edger line 玻璃直线双边磨边机：由两台GM-SD2520双边磨边机和中间转台组成。该双边机采用PLC+触摸屏控制，ABB磨头电机，变频调速，Parallel tolerance of processing glass ( mm )   双边平行度≤±0.2mm/m， Diagonal tolerance of processing glass  ( mm )对角线精度≤±0.2mm/m。

 

 

3. GM-Z1045 Glass Straight-Line Edging Machine玻璃直线磨边机，可磨3~25mm各种玻璃厚度的直边和45度斜边。It is polishing with Felt wheels 底边和45度斜角采用氧化铈和羊毛轮抛光。 Parallel tolerance of processing glass ( mm )   直边直线度≤0.2mm/m

 

 

3. GM-BZX-IV 2030 Glass Vertical Drilling & Milling Machine玻璃立式钻铣机；
GM-BZX-VI is a CNC vertical working center with high technology，GM-BZX-VI can automatically process complex drilling, milling and arrising function on large flat glass. GM-BZX-VI是一台高技术含量的玻璃立式加工中心，可以在短时间内通过自动更换刀具，从而完成玻璃上的钻孔、铣槽、倒角、磨内孔等复杂的加工过程并达到高品质、高精度的要求

 

 

4. GM-CNC-II 1224 Glass CNC Working Center玻璃加工中心；

GM-CNC-Ⅲ是一台高技术含量的加工中心，它可以在短时间内完成复杂的加工过程并达到高品质要求，该加工中心采用了先进的德国原装Rexroth控制系统，实现各轴的动态管理和速度精准控制，从而满足了客户对加工精度及加工质量的需求。控制系统的灵活性满足不同产品的需求，整个加工过程自动完成，不需要人为的干涉，GM-CNC-Ⅲ结合了当今世界各种CNC玻璃机床的特点，并和数控系统完美结合，实现了工厂设备高度自动化管理，适合批量生产高精度玻璃深加工产品，适用于加工汽车玻璃、灯具玻璃、家具玻璃（镜子）、家电玻璃和建筑玻璃

GM-CNC-III is a working center with high technology. It can perfectly perform complicated working in short time, and the processed sheet is of high level which realized to obtain a CNC machine with smallest investment.

The CNC working center applies numerical operation and control system to achieve dynamic management of each axis and speed precision control. So the shape is of precision and the processed sheet is of high quality.

The flexibility of the control system solves the requirement of different products. The whole processing can be finished automatically without any human interference. CNC-III is perfect to process Furniture Glass, Construction Glass and Auto Glass.

 

 

5. GM-WZ125P Glass Drilling Machine玻璃钻孔机：

 

GM-WZ125P玻璃钻孔机,该卧式钻孔机控制系统采用PLC可编程控制器控制，采用气动压紧装置固定玻璃，上、下钻头进给有油压缓冲装置，可随意调整上、下钻头自动进给速度和钻孔深度，可以手动/自动快速切换，带激光定位装置，配备有气动工作台，适用于大面积平板玻璃和产业玻璃。
GM-WZ125P drilling machine adopts the programmable PLC controller design, can adjust up and down drilling bit and automatic feed speed, manual and automatic are optional, and there are active positioning device, laser positioning device, pneumatic working table with pre-positioning function is used to support big size glass sheet。 

 

6.GM-LPS2000 Glass Sandblasting Machine玻璃自动打砂机：

GM-LPS2000是我公司根据市场需求，设计出的一款PLC控制的全自动立式玻璃喷砂机。适用于对厚度(5-40)mm的平板玻璃进行各类图案的喷砂雕刻。玻璃通过同步带输送,玻璃到达喷砂位置,喷枪通过同步带带动,上下往复移动喷砂。喷砂的高度和宽度可根据需要设定。同步带传动平稳、效率高、易维护。喷砂升降机构装置设计在机体外,有益于机械能够长期正常工作与日常维护。采用触摸屏控制，操作方便，喷砂时可自动探测玻璃的位置。该机配有3把自动喷枪和一只手动喷枪，用手动枪可实现喷雕。；
GM-LPS2000 Vertical Glass Automatic Sandblasting Machine designed according to the marketing requirement，it control by the PLC, suitable for processing 4-40mm thickness of flat glass to different kind of patterns. The transmission controlled by the photo switch and limit switch automatically. Glass conveys by the roller, and the guns driven by chain so that can be move up and down for sandblasting (the distance can be adjusted according to the requirement).  Stable transmission, high efficiency and easy maintenance of the chain system. There is a dustproof cover for the bearing that is onto the drive structure is beneficial to the long period normal working condition and daily maintenance. Adopt the PLC for controlling. These kinds of equipment are with the function of stable running, large-scale function, easy operation and can be explore the glass position automatically. This machine equipped with 3 pieces of automatic gun and 1 piece of manual gun.

 

 

7.GM-WX2500A Glass Washing Machine 玻璃清洗干燥机：

GM-WX2500A玻璃清洗干燥机可对平板玻璃进行清洗和风干，玻璃厚度和清洗速度可调，且数字显示，清洗部与水接触部位全部为不锈钢材料制造. 主传动为齿轮传动、变频调速、数字显示，清洗部毛刷辊转动分别由上、下两组电机独立皮带传动，转动速度平稳，使用寿命长，可选择洗LOW-E玻璃、普通镀膜和阳光镀膜玻璃，速度高达6.5米/分钟.。

GM-WX 2500A Horizontal Glass Washing Machine Series, Suitable for cleaning and drying flat glass, Main drive includes gear drive, frequency control of motor speed and digital display. Brush roller drive of washing part is drove by upper and lower motors with separate belt, which has smooth speed and long service life. Metal plates of washing part and parts which contacts with water are made of stainless steel. which can wash low-e glass as on option, ordinary reflective glass and sunshine reflective glass，speed up to 6.5m/min..
